WELCOME TO THE CHARLTON FARM

The historic Charlton Farm was built in 1894 for Emmett Jennings & Ella Durand by J Foster Warner,

the very same architect who built the George Eastman House. Emmett Jennings was a stagecoach manufacturer who started the stagecoach route from Avon to Rochester. Parties hosted by the Jennings included well known people such as George Eastman.

The Charlton Farm sits on 30 acres of pristine land in the town of Avon near the Finger Lakes, an area well known for it's wineries and craft breweries.
